(1) A proof of your student status will be required for registration.
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellations that are notified in writing by April 1st will be eligible for a refund (except an administrative fee of 100€). Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for any refund, however another person may attend the Conference.
Insurance
The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
