Registration
Registration and hotel booking will be possible only through the on line procedures. Please note that after May 9th, 2014 registrations will be processed as on-site registrations therefore some services cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, we accept payment for late registrations only by credit card or cash.
Accompanying persons (persons not attending the General Assembly who wish to attend the accompanying person program must register together with attendees: please check the dedicated link.
Registration for the "Optional Day" for both attendees and accompanying persons must also be carried out through the on-line registration system. For program details please check the dedicated link.
Registration fee includes:
• Lunch, Coffee Break and Cocktail recepcion on May 21st
• Coffee Break, Lunch and Dinner on May 22nd
• Optional Buses from Murcia centre (hotels) to Espinardo Campus and return every day

Invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your e-mail address.
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don't forget to include all your bank's information. All cancellations must be notified by May 12th. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 25 €. After this date, no refunds.
Please note that if you wish to book your hotel through our system you need to do it at the same time of the registration as a second access is not possible.
