(1) A proof of your student status will be required for registration.
Accompanying guests may purchase event tickets to the technical visit and gala dinner.
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellations notified in writing by May 8th, 2016 will be refundable minus an administrative fee of 100€ incurred during the refund process. After this date, refunds are no longer available.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
