Abstracts and guidelines
All participants are invited to submit their abstracts and indicate their preference for oral or poster presentation. Please consider that oral presentations cannot be guaranteed. They will be selected by the scientific committee based on the total number of submissions received.
All abstracts must be submitted electronically until 3rd July 2016 by clicking on the button below:
SCIENTIFIC PAPERS
Delegates may present a maximum of two communications per registration. Accepted abstracts will be compiled in the Book of Abstracts of the Symposium. The abstract can be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English and should follow the example (To download an abstract model please click here).
Each delegate may, additionally, write an extended abstract to be published in the Book of Communications of the Symposium. The extended abstract can be written in Spanish, Portuguese or English and should follow the example (To download an extended abstract model please click here).
TYPES OF COMMUNICATION
Each section will have ORAL and POSTER communications.
Please keep your communications within the following guidelines:
> Oral communication: 15 min presentation (Powerpoint or PDF format) with 5 minutes for questions and discussion. NO poster required.
> POSTER communication: designing a poster 90 cm (width ) x 110 cm ( height). The organization will provide the material for placement. Posters will be displayed during all sessions of the symposium.
