Abstracts and guidelines

All participants are invited to submit abstracts of their scientific communications, and indicate their preference for Oral or Poster presentation. The number of slots for oral presentations is limited; if the number submitted exceeds the number of slots available the Scientific Committee will have to select which of them will be presented as oral presentations. The remainder that are considered of appropriate standard and relevance to the meeting will be invited to be presented as posters.

All abstracts should be submitted electronically by 20th February 2015 with our online abstract submission form. Abstracts will only be considered if they are submitted via the online abstract submission system.

Guidelines for Submission

The abstracts shall be submitted only via the online abstract submission form.

All abstracts should be written and presented in English.

Appropriate session should be indicated on the submission.

The title is limited to 25 words and should be in lower case with a leading capital letter.

Each abstract should be less than 300 words.

Tables, diagrams and pictures are not allowed.

References should not be included.

Abstract Evaluation

All abstracts and proceedings will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The results of the reviews will be e-mailed to the applicants by 6th March 2015.
