 Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds 

• Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (email: ). Cancellation notification received before November 15, 2018 will be refunded excluding an 80 € administration fee. Cancellation received between November 15 and December 15, 2018 will be refunded to a maximum of 50%. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after December 15, 2018. Please note that refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the Conference.

• Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (email: ).

 Transfers Cancellation Policy and refunds

• Cancellations must be always confirmed in writing to the Technical Secretariat at . All cancellations must be notified before December 31, 2018. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 15 €. After this date, refunds are no longer available.

• Reservation changes will only be possible before the confirmation is mailed. After this, the Technical Secretariat reserves the right to charge additional 15 € for reservation changes.


 Insurance 

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.


 Payment 

Only registration forms properly filled in and accompanied by their proof of payment will be processed.
Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been checked by the Technical Secretariat.
