• Notification of cancellation must be sent to the Conference Secretariat (email: email@example.com). Cancellation notification received before June 30, 2017 will be refunded excluding an 80 € administration fee. Cancellation received between July 1 and September 30, 2017 will be refunded to a maximum of 60%. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after October 1, 2017. Please note that refunds will be processed by bank transfer after the Conference.
• Substitute attendees from the same organization are welcome. Substitution notifications have to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (email: firstname.lastname@example.org).
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions.
Only registration forms properly filled in and accompanied by their proof of payment will be processed.
Registration will only be confirmed once payment has been checked by the Technical Secretariat.
